F3Fit represents Faithful Fitness Followers. My goal is to make this is a safe, friendly and inspiring place to experience a great workout program and connect spiritually through scriptures to help lift you up.

Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles, and let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us. Let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy set before him endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.


What's lacking in many workout programs is Accountability. When you are utilizing online workout programs, who is there to motivate you and encourage you to do one more rep? Here at F3Fit, you will be motivated weekly and monthly to keep pushing and to never stop working and believing in YOU!

I am a real person with the need for accountability and inspiration as well, we go through this journey together.


Mind & Body! I could guarantee that you will lose X number of pounds or burn XX % of body fat and it's true that this is very likely to happen if you stick to the plan. But, what I find most important is how you feel on the inside as much as how you look on the outside. Sure, sticking to the workouts daily and meditating on the scriptures and spending time in prayer will change you, but I'm also here to help you understand it and live a healthy and joyful lifestyle.
